The virtual edition of the Philippine International Comics Festival (PICOF) will run September 1-3 and again September 8-10, via Zoom. Alongside the online workshops, there will be speakers from the United States, Belgium, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, and Australia.
