Regular readers may already have guessed there are internet connectivity issues this past week.
Nothing new there except in the scale. The undersea cable that connects West Africa with Europe and the World has a problem. The repair ship may or may not be on site working to fix it, or maybe its thousands of miles away. Customer service information is not something widely understood around here.
At 5AM GMT Monday as I write this I’m clearing ONE Mb/s internet speed, which will fade away as the region awakes and attempts to get back online.
TNPS posts on the blog and on LinkedIn will happen as and when possible. Emails and messages responded to as and when possible.
Normal service will be resumed ASAP.
