While much of the world seems to have learned to live with the Covid-19 plague, the news today from China is a reminder it never really went away, and with an unusually dark and cold winter ahead for North America and Europe no-one should bet on it staying out of the news as we head into 2023.
And there seems little realistic prospect the Beijing IBF will go ahead in November for the same reason.
